Venue

Novotel Berlin Mittle is located in the hearth of Berlin, on the museums island, not far from the Alexanderplatz, the city center of Berlin. The area is well known for its touristic attractions, with a large selection of restaurants.

The direction to the conference room are going to be shown in the lobby area.

Booking accommodation rooms at the same hotel for at least 3 nights can be done via the hotel web page.

To book only 2 nights: download this [reservation form document], fill it and send it via email to the address in the form. The credit card information can be omitted, after the form is received by the hotel, a link to a secure web page will be sent via email where the credit card details can be provided and the reservation can be completed. The price per night is 183.25 €, including breakfast and city tax (cancellation free of charge: 3 days prior the date of arrival). The allocated block of rooms under these conditions is available until March 25, 2026.

Public Transport

There are plenty of options to get to the venue by public transport. Nearby underground stations include: U2 Spittelmarkt, U2 Märkisches Museum or U5 Museumsinsel. S+U-Bahn station Alexanderplatz (lines U2, U5, U8, S3, S5, S7, S9, and regional trains) is also within walking distance from the hotel.

From Berlin International Airport (BER):

• train station is located in Terminal 1 level U2
• trains RE8 or RB23 connect directly to Alexanderplaz station
• train FEX  can be used to get to Berlin main train station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof). From there, S-Bahn S3, S5, S7, S9 lines can be used to get to Alexanderplaz station
• another alternative is the S-Bahn line S9 that drives directly to Alexanderplatz station
• ticket type: ABC (price as of January 2026: 5Euro)

From Berlin Hauptbahnhof – Berlin Main (Central) – Train Station:

• S-Bahn lines S3, S5, S7 or S9 can be used to get to Alexanderplatz station
• ticket type: AB (price as of January 2026: 4Euro)
