Accepted speakers must comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kamailioworld.com\/k2026\/terms-and-conditions\/\">the terms and conditions of the event<\/a>.<em>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>The deadline for submissions is February 19, 2026.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Acceptance of speaking proposals will be notified latest by March 11, 2026.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Note that the interesting proposals will be accepted in short time after submission (it is planned to have two intermediate review sessions), therefore do not wait until the deadline, submit yours as soon as possible, otherwise you may not get any free slot by a\u00a0late action.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2513 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kamailioworld.com\/k2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/kw2017-erm-300x240.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/>At the previous edition, the number of proposals exceeded available slots. Traveling, health insurance for European Union and accommodation expenses during the event are not covered by the organizers, they have to be taken care by each speaker.
